Every
hackathon
is a coin.
What if the next great builder was funded by a coin?
Every coin launched through Shipyard becomes its own hackathon — with a public prize vault, a deadline, and builders competing to win.
A launch becomes
a competition.
Four rules. Every coin launched through Shipyard runs on them from block one.
Of creator fees fund the prize
Every trade drips creator fees into the coin's public prize vault.
Holders lock tokens to vote
Voting weight is the tokens you lock. No lock, no vote.
The winning builder takes it
At the deadline the vault pays the builder with the most locked votes.
Future fees keep funding
After the win, ongoing fees keep flowing to the winner's project.

How big does
the vault get?
Plug in a coin's volume and deadline. The vault fills from creator fees; the winner keeps earning after.

Your lock
On Shipyard, locked tokens unlock after the deadline. Weight = tokens locked.
Built to keep
builders shipping.
Program-controlled prize vaults
Fees land in a vault owned by the program, not a wallet. Nobody can pull the pot early.
vault = PDA(["vault", mint]) authority = program // payout only after deadline
On-chain voting
Holders lock tokens against a submission. Every lock is a transaction anyone can audit.
lock(mint, submission, amount) weight += amount // unlock after deadline
Pick the prize asset
Pair the vault with SOL, USDC or tokenized stocks, so builders get paid in what they want.

Questions.
What happens when I launch through Shipyard?
Your coin launches with a hackathon attached: a public prize vault, a deadline, and an open call for builders. 90% of the coin's creator fees flow into the vault.
How does voting work?
Holders lock tokens behind the submission they back. Weight is the amount locked. At the deadline, the submission with the most locked weight wins.
What does the winner get?
The vault at the deadline, plus future creator fees from the coin keep funding the winning project.
Who controls the vault?
The program. Fees land in a program-controlled vault and only pay out under the hackathon's rules.
What can prizes be paid in?
SOL, USDC or tokenized stocks, picked when the hackathon is set up.
Is $SHIP an investment?
No. $SHIP is a memecoin with no promise of returns. Only use what you can afford to lose.
